[DRAFT VERSION - INTERNAL USE ONLY] Relevant Biomarkers for CGP
Comprehensive genomic profiling provides tumor-agnostic testing for hundreds of relevant biomarkers in a single assay, potentially offering significant savings in sample, time, and cost using information and data included in various professional guidelines, drug labels, and ongoing clinical trials available. Gene content is typically designed to be relevant across multiple tumor types, in contrast to single-marker or hotspot assays that are often designed for specific cancer types.
The resource below should not be considered as comprehensive or inclusive of all possible testing or therapeutic options. The information is intended for educational purposes only and should not be used for diagnostic, prognostic, or prescriptive purposes and is not a substitute for the standard clinical practice of medicine.
Instructions for use: First, select a knowledge base from the left dropdown menu. When a selection is made, the corresponding pan-cancer (solid tumor) table will automatically populate, defaulting to the US region. Information displayed in the pan-cancer table is applicable across all other solid tumor cancer types within this tool. Specific cancer types can be selected from the middle dropdown menu and regions (US or Europe) can be selected from the right dropdown menu. Toggle between a cancer type or biomarker view by selecting the toggle button above the dropdown menus. Please make note of the footnotes below the data tables.
